The case itself is decent, but the support is terrible. Regarding the stem mount my phone has come off a few times when being hit by my body when falling/bailing. It does hold it in bumpy and sendy conditions as long as my body doesnt touch the phone.

Further and more importantly I have a stem mount for one bike and a bar mount for another which I can no longer use with my new phone because they haven't had s22 cases in stock for months. It sucks that I now need to invest in another ecosystem.

Sticks great to mount, not much protection for phone.

I bought the s21 case. It works flawlessly with the stem mount I purchased for it. And that is where my satisfaction ends. 1st, there is absolutely no protection for the camera lenses or area directly around the lenses. A thin piece of plastic would have been a wonderful addition to use this case for everyday to protect against sliding damage to the lens or area around them.

My 2nd problem is the bezel around the screen is actually lower than the screen. Meaning, if my phone fell perfectly square on its face on a flat surface, it would hit the screen and save the case. There is no inherent protection engineered in this design. It works perfectly fine as a holder to be connected to the mounts. It does not protect the phone.

I am a blue collar worker. My phone doesn't sit in my pocket or on a desk all day waiting to go home. I am not rough on my device, but at the same time, things happen. I have absolutely no trust in this case to protect my phone.

I am actually considering cutting up this case and using epoxy to mount the mag area to my Lifeproof case so I can actually use the mount I purchased. I just hate the idea I spent the money on this case and am not being able to use it or the mount as a result because it does not protect my phone.

GREAT concept. Poor execution. Maybe offer the mag/suction area sold seperately to be affixed to cases that actually protect our 1,000.00 devices?

The VACUUM phone mount uses a unique combination of a suction cup element and magnets to securely attach phones to your bike, but also to the car’s dashboard or the desk.

The phone is easily positioned and connected to the mount through the magnetic guidance and the vacuum force keeps it securely locked. In case of a strong impact, the hold is additionally secured by the vacuum pressure created by the suction cup.
The centering of the smartphone is ensured by the magnetic force - thus the suction power is always guaranteed. The smartphone is released by simply pressing a lever on the side of the phone base.
